About the role

Love Technology? Want to help people, solve problems and fix IT related things? We need someone to help fix the computers of our dynamic TVNZ staff.

The team you would be joining is the Technology Support & Operations Service Centre team. You will be part of a skilled technical team who are the first point of contact for our internal staff for all end user device support.

This team provides 1st and 2nd level IT and telephony support. They also provision IT services so play a key part in the day to day business activities of TVNZ.

About you

We are looking for a savvy techie with excellent people skills, great customer service and who thrives in working in a dynamic, ever changing environment.

You need to be a quick learner, with superb problem solving skills and an eye for detail, who can work fast and under time pressure.

You would need to have qualifications or enterprise experience in Windows, Office365, MacOS, and Active Directory. You will also needs hands on experience in Desktop, Laptop and mobile device support.
