Internal Sales and Technical Support Administrator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales administrator with SAP knowledge to join an international company supporting customers nationally around New Zealand.
In this role you will get to fully utilise your fantastic customer service experience and knowledge of SAP to provide a high standard of support.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have had some previous experience working within an engineering, technical of trade role and have some knowledge of electrical parts.
Duties include :
Sales support providing customers with price and availability of products as well as technical assistance
Fielding phone and email and face to face queries and processing orders
Preparation of quotes and proposals
Deal with any complaints in a timely manner
Maintain branch and showroom and assist with any promotional activities
Data entry processing orders into SAP
Keeping customers updated on progress with their orders
Maintain and update company documentation and procedures as required
To be considered you will ideally have :
An electrical engineering and / or trade qualification
3 years plus internal sales and customer service experience
Intermediate MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
SAP experience and preferably knowledge of MD04, VA21, V01-VA02 and VA22
Excellent communication skills and the ability to think outside the square
Fast and accurate data entry
The ability to work to deadlines
