What will your typical day look like? Our Corporate Finance team are a highly specialised group that provides corporate advisory services including transaction services (due diligence), restructuring advice, valuation, litigation support, sell-side M&A, modelling, and general corporate finance advice.

We are currently seeking an experienced Manager / AD with a transaction services (due diligence) background for a role that offers the opportunity to work across the full range of corporate finance services & manage projects and transactions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • The role will also provide opportunity to :

  • Deliver end-to-end project management of transaction execution, including direct liaison with vendors, bidders and boards and other deal stakeholders.
  • Support or lead various marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process to support practice growth.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior staff.
  • Work cross-functionally across different practices and businesses within the firm.
  • Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with :

  • A relevant University qualification in accounting, finance, economics
  • Ideally you will be studying towards a CA or CFA
  • At least 5 years’ experience within a Corporate Finance or Transaction Services team, perhaps with audit or accounting services as a precursor
  • Strong financial analysis skills and commercial acumen with a proven ability in interpreting and analysing key business drivers.
  • Strong communication skills, including report delivery, and an ability to build client and internal relationships.
  • Proven project management skills including responsibility for delivering to project timetables, and expertise in providing financial advice to a range of clients and decision makers.
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior team members and support the wider corporate finance team on client engagements.
