What is the role?

You will be part of the Design team working on key projects that will be key to improving and modernising our current data collection processes.

We are a small, close knit group looking to drive our success further as we introduce new tools and processes to source quality data digitally.

We are looking for a person with strong business analysis and relationship skills. This role supports the leadership team in taking the group forward within the context of our digital strategy.

As a Data Technician you will be part of an experienced, supportive team that collect, capture, process, validate and load datasets for a variety of administrative and statistical data.

Your broad role as a Data Technician will be to :

  • Process data in a timely manner
  • Meet quality standards
  • Simple data validation (pre-defined rules / micro level)
  • Input into continuous improvement
  • Undertake and support system testing
  • Build connections and work collaboratively
  • Manual and automated work
  • Routine integration work
  • Participating in the delivery of products and services with awareness of customer needs
  • As an ideal candidate will have skills and experiences in :

  • High attention to detail
  • Salesforce, data processing systems and other related systems
  • Experience in working with data in Excel Intermediate to advanced level.
  • Managing and processing large volumes of data across multiple systems
  • Defining and documenting processes
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to interact across all levels within the organisation
  • Ability to learn on the job while working with new systems and software
  • Quick learner, adaptable, flexible and a self-starter
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders, while collaborating and contributing towards to the team’s output
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and quality standards
