We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pavement Construction Foreperson to join our Road Maintenance Contract in Darfield.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Foreperson to bring their knowledge and build their skillset within our passionate and hard working team.

As the Foreperson, your role is to supervise the team and organise the day to day activities to ensure we meet the customers' expectations.

The Role :

Day to day supervision of crew members and sub-contractors on site

Ensure production targets are met.

Oversee construction and plan general activities

Make sure the work meets the high quality standards

Lead by example and display proactive attitudes towards safety in the workplace

About you :

5+ years' experience in civil construction

Experience as a Foreperson

Current Class 1 driver's licence and W,T & R Preferred

Ability to speak up if something isn't right

Ability to plan ahead

Positive attitude

Team player and good team building skills

Physically fit and well
