The IDEA Services Oamaru branch has an exciting Service Manager - General opportunity for you to provide leadership, guidance, and focus to a team of Support Workers providing support for a range of people who have complex and high-care needs in their everyday lives.
This opportunity has a strong emphasis on managing teams of people who are responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of those with intellectual disabilities who live in their own accommodation in the community.
You will be a passionate leader who cares about your team, with the ability to strike a good balance between 'the paperwork' and getting out from behind your desk to be visible to your team and the people we support.
