The Role

As Banquets Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of conferences, banquets and events, as well as, supporting the restaurants.

We pride ourselves in seasonal menus of elegant dishes and award-winning wine lists, as well as, delivering a unique and unforgettable guest experience.

The focus is being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a tailored five-star guest experience and leading by example.

You'll love motivating a productive team and enjoy tailoring training and development for individuals.

  • Experience managing conferencing, wedding and event operations and service
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Passion for making people happy, including both guests and team members
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in training and motivating individuals, coupled with a strong commitment to teamwork
  • Self-motivated and great problem solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
  • Forward thinker and ready to overcome any challenge
  • Ability to work full time including morning & evening shifts, weekends & public holidays
  • Own transport desirable
