BurgerFuel Business Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team to run BurgerFuel Botany Downs
Our Company
The Role :
Responsible for the commercial interests of the restaurant, you’ll take on full P&L accountability and be empowered to develop, implement and review action plans on a month-to-month basis that positively impacts profitability.
You'll lead, motivate & encourage a team of 20+ staff
You'll consistently deliver a complete customer service experience
You'll perform monthly operations, safety and customer service audits
You'll engage in marketing & business development initiatives within the local community
Use your ability to observe and coach staff to help them reach their potential in line with the standards that underpin our business.
You’ll need to have proven experience with the professional & personal realities that come with running a fast paced, high volume, 7-day hospitality venue.
During the first 6 months of your employment, we’ll teach you all aspects of how we run our business and what makes us successful.
Working through a development plan to ensure you been verified to have the skills, experience & resources you need to be successful.
