Branch Manager

  • We are looking for two Branch Managers in newly created roles for our Wairau Park and Albany stores. If you are motivated, lead by example, support growth and don’t shy away from a challenge then this is the role for you!     The sales team are tasked with providing the best service to our customers by utilising our vast product range and moving quickly to help their design dreams come true.

    You will be tasked with driving this, own the space, develop the team, be the face of the branch and convert leads!These are both is a co-located sites, meaning we have offerings for both Carpet Court and CurtainStudio.

    You will be responsible for the management and running of both sectors which will give you exposure to our complete interiors offering.

    While your main focus will be developing your team, you will need to constantly be driving the store’s sales and operational capacity.

    Smashing your own targets, you will thrive on being part of the action and consulting with customers in-home and on-site.

    Responsible for the stores P / L, you will need a strong business focus and an affinity for identifying new business opportunities and cost savings.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership in sales activities and ensure the sales team achieve their agreed objectives and sales targets
  • Oversee all operations, ensuring all installation projects are coordinated and inventory and stock is managed efficiently
  • Monitor and manage operating costs and sales targets, ensuring budget for the financial year is met
  • Responsibility for the store’s overall P / L
  • Leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals
  • Create a strong learning and development culture through ongoing and continuous opportunistic coaching, mentoring and support for employees
  • Our North Shore stores have a great location and customer reach with a dedicated team who are ready to be coached to drive sales and smash targets.
