  • WorkSafe is looking for a Senior Ministerial Advisor to join the small, supportive team delivering ministerial services for the organisation.

    We would also consider experienced Advisors who are ready to move into a Senior Ministerial Advisor role. Reporting to the Team Leader you'll take ownership for a range of activities and provide quality advice, oversight, and overall co-ordination of official correspondence for WorkSafe.

    Ideally you will have :

  • senior level experience gained within ministerial servicing
  • excellent written skills and be able to take the lead on ministerial correspondence
  • relationship management skills and ability to build strong connections - within the team, at all levels of the organisation as well as the minister's office
  • the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • political astuteness and understanding of risks
  • leadership qualities to enable you to act up as required and mentor other members of the team.

    The Senior Ministerial Advisor role is a grade 16 with a salary range of $83,998.00 - $111,997.00.
