    Your Opportunity

    In this role, you will be the Wholesale Distribution Manager within Nestlé Professional leading key Out of Home Foodservice customers within Broadline and Office Coffee channels.

    This role has a diverse portfolio with focus on process improvement and enhancing our customer experience for all of our customers.

    you will develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Negotiate critical trading terms with effective ROI against TTS - rebates, growth incentives, case deals, promotional campaigns, marketing spend allocation, supply chain alignment and pipeline of business development
  • Build complete Joint Business Plan for each Account to drive the overall business
  • Top to top key stakeholder engagement - from CEO to category leads
  • Execute plans for assigned Accounts that are aligned with NP business / category objectives and customer strategies
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs. Complete full category reviews
  • Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning
  • Proactively responds to the specific needs of customers and consumers, adapting solutions and providing flexible options to meet their needs
  • Nurtures productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer / category manager
  • What We Are Looking For :

  • You will have at least 3 years’ experience in Wholesale Distribution and / or office coffee management
  • You are a strong negotiator for trading terms
  • Have a strong understanding of Category Development or Marketing experience with distributor operations
  • Ability to persuade others with integrity by understanding their motivations, identifying their concerns and positioning ideas and recommendations accordingly
  • Ability to communicate a highly credible, well developed point of view (data and or use of experts) and helps others to gain the same capabilities
  • You have demonstrated success in previous roles
  • Strong knowledge of the office coffee and Broadline wholesale business is preferred
