We seek a Lease Manager to join our Auckland team. You'll be the key link between private owners and Kāinga Ora, providing high levels of consistent service as you manage lease contract negotiations and re-negotiations, screen lease properties, visiting for potential acquisition, and maintain customer relationships including resolving disputes.
You'll also co-ordinate third parties who conduct inspections for us.
