This role will sit under our Tax & Private service line and be supporting the accounting team in the delivery of exceptional client services.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Efficient and effective management and maintenance of data in our internal customer relationship management (CRM) and accounting systems, which include Jupiter (Salesforce), APS and Taxlab.
  • Following best practice processes to ensure the seamless onboarding of staff and clients including processing engagement documentation, the set up in our systems and their ongoing maintenance.
  • Administration of our Tax Agency including its maintenance and liaising with Inland Revenue on behalf of the teams where necessary.
  • Dealing proactively with correspondence and enquiries and responding as appropriate.
  • Administration of our Xero practice.
  • NZ Companies Office and Annual Return administration.
  • Provision of back up administrative support firmwide where required.
  • About You :

  • Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in a corporate / professional services environment.
  • Highly organised with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and able to react proactively to change.
  • Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
  • A willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
  • You will also be : A professional, personable character with experience in a similar role, you’ll be a confident communicator at all levels.

    With requests coming in from multiple channels the ability to prioritise and communicate the status of tasks is essential.

    High attention to detail and accuracy along with a proactive get-it-done attitude is a must in this role.The successful candidate will be joining a business of passionate and driven professionals.
