Our Role

We are currently recruiting for a Leadership and Development Coordinator to join our Organisational Development & Capability team for a fixed term of 12 months.

In this role you will be responsible for support and coordination of the programmes we offer across the organisation including planning, reporting and budgeting activities.

This role requires someone who is organised, efficient and good at multitasking. You will be supporting the team and working in collaboration with other coordinators across multiple work streams and projects.

You will be responsible for tracking progress, identifying and managing risk, and ensuring course progress are tracked.

In this role you will use your strong administration and coordination skills. You will provide efficient and effective administrative services, and contribute to the performance of the team.

You are also expected to create and promote contents that may be required to advocate for the programmes.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Ideally minimum of 5 years' experience in a coordination role
  • Organisational skills, especially the ability to multi-task and prioritise, often with tight timeframes at both operational and strategic levels
  • Experience with planning, organising and delivering data to agreed standards and timeframes
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills; in particular composing contents for promotion of programmes
  • Proven experience in managing logistics for meetings, workshops and other events
  • The ability to work independently when needed whilst also working collaboratively with the team to contribute ideas and provide support
  • Confidence with Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Work, Excel and Power Point
