About the role :

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to provide support to our Rural Water business, primarily within the Sales and Design teams.

The role will create and maintain systems, documents and communications to deliver on business needs and to produce quality outputs.

This role is part time, working 20 hours per week with the opportunity to work additional hours.

The successful applicant will have strong administration skills as well as the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Flexibility to perform a range of tasks is critical as is building relationships with your internal customers and suppliers.

Skills & Experience

  • A strong administrative background, ideally in a comparable role or industry
  • A great customer service ethic along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • An advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite as well as up to date experience with AutoCAD
  • The ability to manage and prioritise deadlines
  • A positive and results targeted approach to the role.
