    What you will be doing?

    An opportunity exists for an experienced professional PA with a minimum of 3 years experience, to join our Auckland team.

    You will be providing day to day support to Partners and Managers and provide additional support to the wider team as required.

    This role offers the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast paced environment with a wide variety of talented people. You'll be responsible for all facets of administration support including diary management, document production, filing, billing, travel booking, event and functions organisation, database maintenance, team and client communications, and a range of administrative tasks and team support.

    Central to the role will be establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, and their support teams ensuring that meetings can be set-

    up with ease and you can assist PwC in keeping our clients happy.

    What you'll need to bring to the role

  • Proven experience as high performing Personal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience
  • You will be highly motivated, provide outstanding client service delivery and be able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively.
  • An affinity to technology with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • A strong command of written and spoken English, excellent formatting and document management skills which will be essential for high quality proposal preparation.
  • A high energy, pro-active working manner and the ability to build effective relationships across the firm. You’ll be an active team member, willing to help others as required.
  • An ability to identify when discretion is required understanding the privileged position a PA holds in maintaining confidentiality where appropriate.
  • Sound connection to the PwC Values : Act with integrity, Make a difference, Care, Work Together, Reimagine the Possible.
  • Experience from within a professional services and / or corporate environment would be advantageous
