Developing, maintaining and monitoring the equipment for Building and Civil Construction programmesManufacturing and maintaining teaching resources.
Undertaking the upkeep of workshops, workrooms, and classrooms as required.Developing and maintaining a maintenance schedule in consultation with Safety and Wellness teamEnsuring the maintenance service records are up to date and currentWorking with the Technology Park Procurement Administrator ensure you maintain stocks and supply where neededEnsuring all workshop equipment is repaired, maintained, operational and safe for useEnsuring class materials, machines and tools are ready for the commencement of coursesAbout youYou will have industry knowledge, ideally with a building and construction background and preferably have industry onsite experience.
You will be flexible around work load and be able to juggle a variety of tasks. You will have good people skills and be able to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.
