We have world class learning opportunities to develop skills across multiple customer "Touchpoints" and ultimately lead a "Unified Front Line" team who will be able to support customers across all mediums (virtual and customer facing).

This is where you come in! We are on the lookout for an amazing Base Support Lead for our New Plymouth Homebase / store

It's important to note we are a 7 day a week business across multiple locations, multiple touchpoints with a very diverse customer base need for flexibility and embracing what it takes to support our people and customers is paramount.

Unified Frontline Leadership will mean you will need to be adaptable and flexible about when you work.

As a Base Lead, you will be responsible for :

  • Leading the Home Base in the delivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen).
  • Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture
  • Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly
  • Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools)
  • Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do
  • Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback
  • Supporting and driving to Spark's Unified Frontline vision and purpose
  • As a Base Support Lead, you are :

  • Working collaboratively with the Channels team and stakeholders, by incorporating feedback when appropriate
