We are ready for anything.So, what will you do?Our Commercial Vehicle team is integral in supporting our repairers, brokers and claims team.
To do this, it's essential that we have a great leader at the helm, driving a cohesive and collaborative team. You will be managing a team of experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Motor Repair Managers based throughout New ZealandYour exceptional leadership skills will enable you to develop and coach a high performing team whilst building strong strategic working relationships externally and internally.
In addition, you'll balance the objectives of achieving expense & claim cost budgets, quality standards and compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience : Trade qualified in the automotive sectorSound technical knowledge of trucks and commercial assets3 years + experience in Management and / or team leadershipStrong presentation and communication skills - both written and verbalUnderstanding of Insurance products and assessing preferable.
