Taking calls from clients, assessing their needs and liaising with our extensive network of counselling or psychology providers, they provide the best possible support for any issue, which is where you come in.
In this collaborative role, you'll become a valued part of a dedicated team, led by a truly supportive manager. We're looking for someone with high EQ and exceptional communication skills who can manage complex boundaries and maintain utter confidentiality.
You will ideally hold a relevant degree or qualification but experience in case management or supporting people in distress is essential.
