About the role : The Role will undertake support and quality checks on all transactions and interactions completed by Warranted Officers within the Control Room.

These Officers are the first point of contact for parking issues and customer inquiries. This team comprises of 16 Control Room / Support Officers and works across three sites, Viaduct Harbour, Downtown Auckland and Henderson.

Key Responsibilities : Support the Compliance Response and Logistics Specialist with auditing and reconciling contractor activitiesWork closely with parking / transport officers, monitoring car park systems, dispatching and managing incident responsesdealing with customer queries and leading and mentoring others, prioritising incident responses with limited resourcesWhat we look for : We are looking for a team player with at least 2 years of customer service experience.

You will possess excellent written and verbal communication and are able to work within a high-pressure environment and proven ability to distribute work activity across multidisciplinary staff.

You will be technically savvy, able to operate Microsoft Applications and CRM systems along with other software that we use.

You will also need to be physically fit, as in the event of a civil emergency response you will need to be able to lift up to 15kg of equipment to back up sites across Auckland.
