About the Role :

Our Store Managers stand out due to their passion for people and retail. There is a lot of buzz happening right now and we need someone who is keen to lead the team and keep things in top shape.

We know to achieve the numbers, you need the right people to help! Our Managers understand how to coach and develop their staff to get the best out of them.

In a busy store you'll be key in keeping a stunning sales team motivated and making a real difference for your customers.

As a Store Manager in our business, you'll also have overall responsibility for store operating budgets and revenue.

We're on a mission to provide not just the superb customer service that we're known for, but also offer top-notch product solutions for our customers.

That's why we're on the lookout for sales savvy managers, who are keen to help facilitate this business-wide shift and ultimately boost sales on the shop floor.

About You :

Ideally you will have :

  • Proven successful management experience, preferably in retail
  • Competence in all aspects of store operations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
  • The ability and confidence to interpret and executive plans
