About the Team Our Small Business team is growing rapidly, and works with both startups and scaling businesses across Aotearoa.

We define Small Business as organisations that are between 1 and 45 employees in size. The team is a group of focused, values-based people who truly are passionate about doing the best work of their lives.

About the Role The Small Business Account Executive role is perfect for those looking to take the step up from Inside Sales, Account Manager or Business Development Manager roles.

Our Account Executives engage with both existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform.

They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realise value from their Salesforce investments.

Being comfortable with new business development, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting, is a must. You'll also have a flair for spotting opportunities to cross and up-sell inside your existing client base.

Our Sales Development, Cloud Sales and Solution Engineering teams work closely with our AE's on lead generation and a territory strategy.

About You A growth mindset. You're thinking ahead and have a plan for yourself. You've smashed your quotas, and know how to deliver against a sales target.

You've probably had 2-3 years of doing this. You're entirely comfortable selling to the C-suite or senior leadership within a customer base You're able to craft a point of view, hold an opinion, and build credibility as a 'Trusted Adviser" within your customers When you speak, people listen.
