About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, office administrator with great people skills to join our dynamic team in our Christchurch office.

This is a full time role that combines front of desk support and administrative and clerical duties supporting the admin functions within the office.

You will take ownership of our front of office, managing our Visitor Sign In / Out function and front facing customer service.

Other areas of support include car park allocation management, bookings, security access card administration, mail sorting, facility management, ordering of catering, stationery, and kitchen supplies, etc.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a friendly, savvy administrator who has experience with the tasks listed above, ideally with experience as a Receptionist or Office Administrator.

This is a front facing role, so we are looking for someone with the following :

  • Driven to help others, be adaptable and motivated to produce a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work as a part of a remote team, work autonomously and use initiative.
  • Build effective working relationships with staff.
  • Have personal integrity, sound judgement and an honest and ethical approach.
  • Ability to time manage and meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure and with conflicting deadlines.
