About the franchise
Collaborating with New Zealand's most trusted brand, franchised driving instructors are contracted to the AA Driving School, with the purpose of educating the next generation of road users.
Our franchise business model is flexible enough to give the franchisees the freedom to manage their own calendars and develop their own network of clients, but leveraging our trusted brand.
In addition to this, our instructors also have the benefit of being able to secure business via our membership network, and public customers who book lessons through our Call Centre or online.
Either automatic or manual transmission instructor vehicles are available for a new instructor to acquire depending on local demand in the region of interest.

The AA Driving School is looking to cement its place as NZ's largest driving, riding and road safety training operator by seeking motivated teaching professionals who are looking to move their educational careers in a new, commercial direction or aspiring small business owners throughout the country to join us via our leading licensee model.
