  • If you answered yes, then this could be an opportunity for you to join a busy and hardworking team as a Liquor Licensing Administration Officer for a six month Fixed Term Contract.

    The successful candidate will take ownership of providing administrative support in relation to all liquor licensing matters and will also provide backup support for environmental health.

    This is a part time role working 20 hours per week.

    We are looking for someone who is efficient, accurate and be able to juggle a variety of tasks. No two days are the same here, so you need to be able to switch between tasks effectively while ensuring your deadlines and targets are met.

    You will be professional, customer-focused, and a team player with excellent communication skills. Competency with Microsoft Word and previous experience in using databases is essential.

    Ideally you will have at least two years' experience in a secretarial / office administration role.
