About The Role
This is an exciting and varied opportunity to join our highly skilled IT team working for a global organisation. Based in our modern offices in Mt Eden with a vibrant work hard, play hard culture.
You will drive the support of business applications within OMG New Zealand, help with technical support and lead AV set up and configuration.
Technical support and understanding of OMG NZ Applications
Assist Desktop support with calls that they are unable to resolve, provide cover for Level 1 / 2 support.
Communicate to the business clearly and confidently as required during incidents or routine changes within the IT environment.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other equipment
Ensure all AV / VC activity is supported to the highest standard
Confidently communicate with stakeholders and demostrate patience and strong communication skills.
Required Skills and Experience
Good knowledge of all Windows Desktop versions
A degree / diploma in Information Technology beneficial
12 months + practical IT admin / support experience desirable
Good knowledge of AV / VC equipment
Good verbal and written communications, with the ability to build rapport and credibility effectively with a diverse mix of people
Can do attitude, prepared to roll your sleeves up when necessary and work through complex problems and resolve issues
