Are you looking to make a real difference in your community? We are currently looking for an empathetic and passionate Support Workers based in the Horowhenua region for one of our community based services - Navigate RIDSAS.
In this role you would be working with people with an intellectual disability, who have complex behavioural needs and / or who have offended.
Our Navigate services focus on the provision of intensive residential rehabilitative support to enable clients to develop the skills they require to recognise their potential and to participate in their communities.
What does a Community Support Worker do?
As a Community Support Worker, you will be supporting clients in their daily living needs, enabling them to recognise their potential and develop the skills they need to participate in their communities.
This is achieved through the implementation and delivery of the client's rehabilitation pathway
This is a challenging but rewarding role, which will require you to develop positive relationships with our clients and their whanau, and to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve their rehabilitative goals.

You will earn between $20.50 - $25.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualification.
