We are on the hunt for a Digital Product Development Manager to join us! In this key role, you will lead a strategically important step-change in ATEED’s product development capability and implement the digital product development aspects of the ATEED Digital Strategy.
You will design and implement best practise product development methodology at ATEED as well as lead all new and existing product development.
You will be responsible for leading and growing the product development team as well as creating and delivering roadmaps and budgets for new and existing products.
You will build capability across the organisation to use the product development life cycle and create strategy and brand-aligned, customer-centric and innovative digital products that achieve results.
He kōrero mōu : About youPassionate about product development, you will have significant experience working in large organisations with multiple stakeholders and managing competing agendas and priorities.
You’re well versed in delivering multiple new and existing products whilst leading groups and facilitating problem solving to achieve decisions and outcomes.
You will be skilled at user centred design and design thinking practices to inform product development.A strong influencer and communicator, you will be digitally savvy and have prior experience with lean, agile, flexible, iterative product development methodologies.
