As a Pricing and Estimate Coordinator, a pivotal role in presenting accurate pricing to our customers, you'll be expected to provide exceptional pricing administrative services to the Southern Central Hub region branches.
If you thrive on accuracy and efficiency of information and processes, then we want you on our team. Your initiative will shine through your attention to detail as will your willingness to lend a hand.
You'll have a range of duties - so expect to :
Processing pricing estimates and obtaining external supplier quotes.
Ensure pricing is correct and up to date.
Maximise margins to achieve sales targets.
Process and maintain secure records and filing.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships with our internal customers and suppliers.
KEEN TO NAIL THIS?
The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set :
Good work-flow management practices in order to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
A skilled administrator who has a keen eye for detail
Strong numerical reasoning
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive outlook
Industry experience / product knowledge is desirable but not essential
