About the role :
As our Client Care Coordinator, you will be the smiling face at the front desk of our Bureta Park clinic, making a real difference in the lives of those with hearing loss.
This is a varied role working closely with our clinicians, and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the scheduling of appointments, onsite hearing screening, consumable sales, and basic hearing aid repairs, all the while providing an exceptional customer experience!
This is a full time, fixed term contract starting in November until 21st June 2021.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
