Kia ora! I’m Kaitlyn, People & Culture Advisor at Heartland. Due to an internal promotion we’re looking for a new Team Leader Collections to join our Customer Care team based in Newmarket.
Is this your next role? You’ll provide leadership support, mentoring, coaching and development to your team of Recoveries & Custody Officers.
You’ll also manage team productivity through effective workflow management and reporting. Your hardworking team deal with customers where enforcement action has commenced and we are seeking to rehabilitate and provide the best customer outcome possible.
