Thisrole is based in our small tight-knit multidisciplinary Addictions Team whoutilise the Strengths Model approach to assist client recovery.
Thisrole includes responsibility for initial screening and comprehensive clinicalassessments and the development of recovery / treatment plans working alongsideyour clients.
Youneed a driver s license and also be a NZ Registered Health Professional (i.e. Nurse, Social Worker or OccupationalTherapist) ideally with current mental health experience who enjoys workingwithin a proactive team environment.
Soif you have a passion for, or experience in working with adults who have drug and / oralcohol use issues, we would very much like to hear from you.
Wewill place you in a role that is suited to you based on past experience. Forexample, if you have done Opioid Substitution Treatment in the past, we wantyou to work to your strengths in our team.
