We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highperforming Senior HR Advisor to join this friendly HR team This role will report to the Group HR Manager and is responsible for providing strong and professional HR support across the company The Senior HR Advisor will provide proactive support with all people management issues and support all business change projects The primary focus of the role is to provide employment relations advisory services to staff and managers deliver HR projects apply and oversee the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures The role will also have a great influence on the recruitment plan frameworks of remuneration performance and development union s collective bargaining process and organisational culture building We are looking for someone with Tertiary qualification in HR or a Law related field is essential and minimum of 5 years experience in employment relations in New Zealand Extensive and broad senior HR experience Proven prior experience in employment relations in a medium to large complex organisation is essential Familiarity with complex employment and industrial relations settings Knowledge of relevant employment legislation Sound judgement and good influencing skills Excellent communication and relationship management abilities Applicants for this position are required to have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit
