    This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Retail Coordinator to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.

    About the Role

    The primary role of the Retail Coordinator is to assist the Retail Manager in the co-ordination of employees. In addition, you are also responsible for :

  • Managing the floor staff during the evenings
  • Coordinating staff recruitment if required
  • Coordinating staff training and development activities
  • Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
  • Assisting with customer service queries
  • Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
  • Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
  • About You

  • Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
  • Efficient problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems (knowledge in using pharmaX and MS Office will be an advantage)

  • Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Applicants with NZ Certificate in Pharmacy Level 3 - 4 is desirable (not essential).

    Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.

    The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory Criminal History Check outcome.
