An exciting Assistant Manager position has become available in our Newmarket store that will see you, along with the Store Manager, leading passionate and dedicated individuals within the Kathmandu family.
To succeed in this role you must be dedicated to creating a customer service and sales culture where your team exceed expectations by providing every customer the best advice for all their future adventures.
This role is a full time position and will require availability over late night trading hours, public holidays and weekends.
As the successful candidate, you will have previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment. You will be confident in supporting the Store Manager in leading, developing and motivating your team to reach results and drive sales with an eye for detail.
Tasks like staff rostering, recruitment, performance management and all aspects of building a successful team will come easily to you due to a high level of experience and a passion for retail.
Finally, exceptional problem solving abilities and a proactive approach will see you succeed in this role.
