An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our fun-filled, high energy team in Wellington.

You will be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working independently and is self-motivated. You will be attracting, sourcing, selecting and managing our talent whilst assisting the Store Management teams and wider HR team on Recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing the entire recruitment and selection process for one of our key regions.
  • Sourcing talent through various channels including direct search and selection, social and career networks, job board searches and advertising.
  • Managing all communication with potential talent by providing a first class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Liaising closely with our Regional HR Management team to identify talent and strategise hard to fill roles.
  • Maintaining a recruitment tracker and providing regular updates on recruitment process and priorities.
  • Contributing to improvements with processes across transactional HR services.
  • To be successful in this role, you'll need :

  • Solid in-house or agency recruitment experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Super organised, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • To be an autonomous and highly motivated self-starter with the ability to think outside the box on how to grow your talent portfolio
  • Clear and effective communication skills at all levels of the business
  • Experience in delivering group training and information sessions
