About the role

We are currently looking for Machine Operators for our manufacturing site. We are looking for people who can work the following shifts :

  • Day shift (Monday - Friday, 7.30 am to 4.00 pm)
  • Afternoon shift (Monday - Friday, 3.45 pm to 11.45 pm)
  • Our Machine Operators (Packing) pack prescription medicines that are exported around the world. Working to cGMP standards and following relevant Standard Operating Procedures, these are specialised roles that includes :

  • Operating, cleaning and monitoring of automated production machinery to ensure production meets world class standards.
  • Conducting in-process checks (IPCs) on the production line to ensure consistent quality of product.
  • Conducting routine checks of equipment to ensure it is safe and fit for use.
  • Completing records and system entries.
  • What we're looking for

    We are looking for candidates with mechanical aptitude and conscious about quality. Previous cGMP experience with highly technical fast machines would also be considered including understanding set up and troubleshooting or diagnosing of issues.

    Critical to your success will be your ability to complete production documentation correctly. Experience in pharmaceuticals / nutraceuticals or similar industries would be ideal, as would a good understanding of GMP environments.

  • Prior experience in a production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and process engineering skills.
  • The ability to follow process.
  • A strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and a quality mind-set.
  • A good level of physical fitness as some heavy manual work may be required.
  • We need Operators who can run to schedule, will keep quality top of mind and work collaboratively. These are busy roles, so you will need to be willing to learn, be reliable, and have a positive attitude to succeed.

    As a dedicated and driven individual, you will have a strong work ethic and be very familiar with the way production works.
