    Export OfficerReports to : Export, Production Planning and Purchasing ManagerPosition Location : AucklandNumber of Direct Reports : NAHow you'll make an impact : You'll be part of a friendly and dynamic team that supports our customers in the development of life changing drugs & vaccines.

    In this role, you will be supporting the EPPP function by coordinating the manufacture and export of biological products.

    What will you do?Receive, schedule and process export sales ordersOrder management processing Sales / Manufacturing instruction forms and complete internal co-ordination of the order.

    Communicating order dispatch to customers and liaising with Production, QC and QA departments for product availabilityArrange export freight bookings for both air and sea shipments with nominated freight forwarders / agentsComplete export documentation including preparation of MPI export certificates.

    Contribute to process improvement teams.Working hours are typically 8.30 5.00pm Monday to Friday.How will you get here?Highly self-directed and pro-active.

    An effective communicator.Education : Tertiary qualification is preferred although not essentialExperience : Experience working in an export or documentation roleComputer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and inventory systemsWhat will put you ahead of the competition?
