We have an exciting career opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic Contact Centre Team Leader. As part of this role you will help raise the bar, always striving to improve our standard of front-line customer service delivery through the Contact Centre.
This role will lead an amazing team of individuals by providing support and advice while developing skills and knowledge.
Our goal is to provide customers with a respectful, professional and helpful frontline service at every customer interaction.
No different to any other organisation that truly values its customers!
Ideally, you will be experienced in hands-on Contact Centre leadership and in leading remote (home based) contact centre staff.
Providing remote working options and flexibility for staff are important at WDC .so your experience with this could seriously help us on our way.
You'll also understand the ins and outs of contact centre channel management, managing LOS, the importance of collecting customers' insights, and maintaining and monitoring ongoing stats.
