Toll Global Express is seeking to hire a customer focused and experienced people leader for the position of Branch Manager, Whangarei.
The role will be responsible for driving the financial, operational, administrative, commercial, and health & safety objectives to exceed targets set for the branch.
To achieve this, you will be required to be a passionate, ambitious individual with the ability to build strong productive teams, maximise profit and work at a strategic level on complex freight forwarding solutions both locally, and across our nationwide network.
Manage the financial performance of the branch (Profit and Loss),
Putting the customer first, and constantly pushing for sales growth,
Operational planning and development of people, resources & branch transport requirements,
Manage branch scoreboard KPI's - such as Utilisation, Claims / damages, Customer DIFOT, Health & Safety , Customer Service,
Lead a safety obsessed culture throughout the branch, ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and legislation,
Lead, motivate and coach employees,
Provide accurate and timely reporting
