We are in need of an organized person who can drive online sales, picking and packing and delivery as well as managing people who work with the department.
About the roleThis role is all about looking after and growing our online sales!This is through : Ensuring items are picked, packed, processed and invoiced accuratelyManaging time effectively between picking, processing and deliveriesOffering premium customer service to customersEnsuring locker spaces are managed, emptied and filled on time for customer slots.
Communicating issues to Store ManagementBuilding positive relationships with customersAdhering to strict Food Safety PoliciesAbility to work with computers including ensuring website products are accurate and links are workingTraining of other team membersAbout youYou will be a naturally organized person who can work well on their own or within a team.
You won't mind being on your feet and keeping yourself busy! You will need to be someone who can manage time well and get the job done every time to 100%.
You will be expected to have previous department management work experience, ideally a relevant qualification at level 7 or higher as well as previous online experience as a 2IC or Manager for 1+ years.
As this role requires managing people and a sizeable financial department, previous experience within a similar role is a must.
You will need : Previous Management or 2IC experience within an Online delivery role (1+ years)Previous Customer Service experienceA relevant qualification at level 7 or higher is a major plus- Confident computer skills - managing online picking / invoicing system as well as overseeing websites / links and data.
This is a full-time position, 5 days per week Sun-Thurs, 40 hours per week. 6am-2.30pmApplicants for this position should have NZ citizenship, residency or a valid NZ work visa.
