    The successful candidate for this role will have experience in sales, but will also need to understand consulting businesses.

    They will be active in generating leads and converting sales. They will be comfortable working with our Managing Partner, senior leadership team and Board in designing and implementing new initiatives to grow and diversify our business.

    They will also have a process / systems lens, helping us deliver excellent quality proposals, increase our market profile and raise our staff confidence in networking and sales.

    They will enjoy managing our marketing activities including our website, social media, collateral and event management.

    We are a consultancy company that works with government, NGO and private sector clients on projects that matter. Our consultants work in the areas of evaluation + research, governance, secretariat + programme support, policy + regulatory support, and business change.

    We have offices in Wellington and Melbourne. Our projects can be long or short term. They can be individual or team-based.

    The position is based at our Wellington office in The Woolstore in Thorndon.
