Our team is ever growing and we are looking for a few more Business Intelligence Developers to join us

You will contribute to joining up the Northern Region’s data and information systems by leveraging the shared services model.

You will work within an Agile Scrum delivery team with the responsibility for data modelling, ETL development , creating and maintaining models within the data warehouse, report & dashboard design & development ensuring high levels of data quality and high performance in the processes and in the availability of data / information

What you can expect

Design and build multi-dimensional data models / star schemas using data modelling principles that adhere to Kimball’s data warehouse architecture

ETL / ELT development and maintenance as required applying robust ETL / ELT processes

Continuous improvement of the data warehousing environment

Diagnose and resolve data warehouse access and performance issues

Perform data warehouse configuration and performance tuning

What we need to see from you

4 years’ + PL / SQL programming and / or stored procedure development (SQL 2016 / 2019 etc)

4 years’ + ETL Development with an enterprise ETL tool

Working with / building Dimensional Models / Star Schemas

Data Warehouse development experience, with some Command line interfaces Windows CLI, PowerShell etc.

Sold knowledge or good understanding of Business Intelligence Tools and Cube Technologies (e.g. : PowerBI, MS SQL Reporting & Analysis Services, OBIEE)

And experience with data driven design tools such as ERWin, ERStudio, Wherescape
