Our Digital Transformation team take clients on a journey, organizing, automating and streamlining business processes.About the Role : As our Practice Lead of our Solutions Analysts you will be responsible for delivering services across a range of software products.

You will contribute to the pre-sales process, taking the technical lead in client meetings, talking to capability and scope of the potential solution, sometimes demonstrating, and then designing and costing the solution.

You will set and manage the practice’s process and quality standards for the development, testing and implementation of configurations and customisations based on the Digital Transformation product portfolio.

You will provide technical leadership and documentation to support the creation of Solution Design documents, including the development and maintenance of templates.

You and your team then support deployed solutions.So, who are you?You are an experienced Solutions Analyst or ArchitectYou have 5 or more years of leadership experience and credibility leading Solutions AnalystsYou have extensive IT and network infrastructure (hardware and software) experienceYou have specific experience integrating software applications and solutions into existing IT environmentsYou have worked in the Business Equipment or Information technology industries and have had exposure to emerging and cloud print technologiesYou understand Print Management Solutions such as Equitrac and PaperCutYou’ve worked with scan workflow solutions such as eCopy, ScannerVision and Global ScanYou have effective project management skillsYou’re an exceptional relationship manager with a reputation beyond reproachYou are outcome focused and work smartYou’re articulate, an effective communicator and influencerAbout Us : Ricoh is a global technology company with over 100,000 employees in 180 locations.
