Work with the Head of IT on internal projects, with the potential of driving projects yourself;

Experience with enterprise Linux systems, as well as Windows Server;
Familiarity with VMware will be beneficial, but is not essential;

Ability to problem solve and research issues independently, although support is available from the IT team;
Enthusiasm to develop your IT career further while elevating medical research with new technologies.

Ongoing mentorship from the Head of IT;
An excellent location, with great offices at Victoria University in Kelburn;
Exposure to a unique research environment working with highly ambitious and driven scientists and support staff;
A supportive team culture;
Salary from $65k depending on candidate qualification.
