Description & Requirements

About the role :

Lead and manage a team of Production Team Leaders- ensuring achievement of safety- cost- quality and volume targets.

With exposure to a large and complex site- you will have the opportunity to develop and make a real impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Positive team leadership- coach and develop staff to ensure they have the tools to succeed;
  • Work effectively within cost centre based budget;
  • Ensure compliance with quality- safety and environmental policies;
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes and productivity;
  • Work with a team focus- effectively collaborating with all functions across our site.
  • About you

    Your strong experience within a food processing and / or manufacturing site coupled with your people skills will ensure your success in this role. You will have :

  • Experience in a similar role and the motivation to work towards achieving targets;
  • Demonstrated success in leading others;
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and operating costs for your team.
