Our OpportunityDue to our amazing Digital Manager shortly heading off on maternity leave, we are on the look-out for a talented Digital Manager on a 12 month fixed term basis.

This role is responsible for leading Goodman Fielder's digital marketing strategy and manages communications through digital channels to drive consumer engagement and brand equity.

About you you will be a passionate digital marketer with a proven record for delivering outstanding strategy for your brands developing ecosystems that deliver on the jobs to be done for the brands and challenging performance to continually deliver outstanding ROI.

You are a fantastic collaborator and have great written and oral presentations skills which has set you up for success in building strong relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders.The Role :

  • Lead the delivery of the digital marketing strategies
  • Lead digital approach for content sharing to drive engagement, awareness and brand equity across channels
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and collaboration with other business functions in order to deliver digital strategies and align digital platforms to the need / services of the business
  • Build, maintain and optimise Goodman Fielder's branded and corporate web platforms for marketing communications, content management, and databases
  • Identify trends and insights to improve performance and deliver best in class digital marketing communications
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Partner with our media agency to support amplification in order to optimise spend and performance across digital channels
  • Liaison with digital providers on website support, enhancements, content updates, systems, and new digital technology builds
  • Budget ManagementWhat We're Looking For :
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Digital Marketing preferably both in-house and agency
  • Demonstrable strategic leadership and implementation experience
  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital content marketing across channels
  • Experience using Google analytics, CMS platforms, and understanding of Search and Programmatic.
  • Marketing degree (preferable) with experience in digital marketing
  • Whilst our preference is for someone who is able to work full-time, we are open to anyone wanting to work 36 hours per week.
