Role summary : We’re looking for an experienced and passionate individual to come onboard and drive noissue’s ecommerce strategy for www.
noissue.co . The first dedicated role of its kind, with a rapidly growing global customer base with customers from creatives, retailers and hospitality businesses, you will bring a strong revenue and analytical focus, with a close eye on our ecommerce experience.
Responsibilities include : Define and strategically plan category assortment and growth across multiple customer verticalsDefine forecasts and growth targets for new productsTurn qualitative and quantitative insights from our customer, market data, and supplier teams into an actionable ecommerce strategy and roadmapFind product opportunities based on customer needs and work across product, sourcing and supply to execute on theseEnsure a seamless launch of new products on site, from sku setup to website page creation with key assets, accurate shipping lead times and provide regular communication and analysis post launch against targetsAlign product launch dates from product, operations and technology with demandWork with demand teams to implement successful product launch across channels including google shopping and search, social, affiliate, email and other high intent channels to achieve growth targetsWorking closely with technology, design and marketing to build high performing website pages for new product launches and optimise existing pages and site mechanics / levers, including merchandising, bundling and pricingTesting of end to end customer website experience from landing page to purchaseReporting on performance post product launch, looking at areas such as AOV, Repeat Rates, Upsells, Revenue and growth of new productsEstablishing the processes and procedures that position us for further growth.
