We are looking for an administration whiz, you thrive in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks and can still keep a smile! You will have excellent communication skills and build strong relationships with the computers team and establish credibility as a trusted coordinator.

You will provide effective and efficient administrative support to ensure appropriate management of tasks, deadlines are achieved and become a go to’ person.

To be successful we are looking for the following skills and attributes :

  • Outstanding administration and attention to detail together with administration experience in a fast paced busy role
  • A marketing or Business related qualification would be an advantage
  • Strong product and marketing skills with a creative flair
  • Ability to think innovatively and strategically, with a confidence to present your ideas
  • Confidence to interact with all levels of staff and management
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to handle competing demands and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative and innovative and ability to think on your feet
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word, Excel is essential
  • Adobe Photoshop intermediate would be highly desirable
  • Good sense of humour, full of energy, and a team player
